Your notes. Your files.
Your Vault folder holds Markdown text, original photos and recordings. It uses iCloud Drive when an iCloud container is available, or local storage otherwise.
Check the location in Settings. Back up the whole folder before changing storage or accounts; local and iCloud content are not migrated automatically.

A few things to know
Where does voice transcription happen?
On your device, depending on its hardware, language and system speech resources. Initial preparation may require a download. If transcription is unavailable, the original audio is retained and text capture remains available.
Which devices are supported?
The initial release is for iPhone with iOS 26 or later. A Mac app and Plus cloud services are not available yet.
How is this different from Alayo Workbench?
Alayo Notes captures and connects personal records. Alayo Workbench is a visual file workspace for Mac. They are separate products with separate purchases and licenses.
Can I start without a trial?
Yes. Open the app and capture. The trial is an optional, active choice. Search, Smart Views and older history require a trial or Core.
